Winnie Truong – (b. 1988, Toronto, Canada) is a Toronto-based artist who works in colored pencil drawings and cut paper collage creations (dioramas, small sculpture, animation). She received her BFA from Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD), has attended several residencies, and has been the recipient of numerous grants and awards. Widely exhibited, more recent exhibitions include Patel Brown (Toronto), The Aldrich Contemporary Museum, Contemporary Calgary, Rivalry Projects (Buffalo), and Galerie de l’UQAM (Montreal).
